11. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The 59earnph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 59earnph discovers or is notified that a registered user is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, delete all associated personal data as permitted by our legal obligations, and take all necessary steps to prevent further access by that individual to our platform.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 21 may have created a 59earnph account, please contact us immediately at the email address provided in Section 14 so that we can take prompt action.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

The 59earnph platform primarily operates within the Philippines, and your personal data is stored on servers located within or outside the Philippines, depending on our hosting and service provider arrangements. Where your personal data is transferred outside of the Philippines, 59earnph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Such safeguards may include data processing agreements with contractual clauses approved by the NPC, transfers to jurisdictions that have been recognized as providing adequate data protection, or other mechanisms as permitted by Philippine data privacy law. 59earnph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or platform operations.
